Elephant Butte Fish Hatchery
The Fish Hatchery, a 1937 CCC project, once stood on what is now the Paseo del Rio Campground, part of Elephant Butte Lake State Park.

Nice video. Just wanted to point out that Elephant Butte Dam is still owned and operated by the United States through the Bureau of Reclamation. Only Rio Grande Project Facilities below Elephant Butte Dam were Transferred to EBID.
